What do you want to work on?

I want to fix #2228 which ExecSandboxInteractive ignores tty parameter from request and always allocates pty.

Why this change?

This bug affects anyone requiring a no-tty interactive session. For example, this prevents clients from using the bidirectional exec RPC for pipe-based protocols such as stdio MCP server running in the sandbox.
