Some rendering issues I have noticed on sublevels

Description

1. Honey and slime blocks lose their inner surfaces, except they still show up inconsistently, as shown in image 2 on the left face of the slime block, and the honey block as viewed through another honey block.
2. Create Nixie Tubes have a 'glow' functionality which is used when they are placed on train signals and can also be accessed with a ComputerCraft computer. This glow is not rendered on sublevels.
3. Normally, when placing a CC:Tweaked pocket computer on a lectern, its display is visible. When doing the same thing on a sublevel, the display is not rendered.
