I design and build maintainable, elegant products end to end — from architecture and data modelling through to a polished product. The best part for me is seeing real people use something I've built and have it genuinely improve their workflow, or a part of their day. I spent ~8 years as architect and lead developer of RobinHQ, an e-commerce customer-service/helpdesk SaaS, taking it from the first commit through to a mature platform — and I've spent my career raising engineering quality through TDD, DDD, clean architecture and CI/CD, while mentoring the teams around me.
