Backend (Render, Dynamic)
	1	Push backend/ to ustream4free-backend repo.
	2	Render.com > New Web Service > Connect repo > Node runtime > Build: npm install > Start: npm start.
	3	Env: SESSION_SECRET (32-hex), REDIS_URL (add-on internal: redis://red-xxx:9898, $0/mo).
	4	HTTPS auto. Live: https://ustream4free-backend.onrender.com (3-5min build). Free tier sleeps 15min idle.
CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
	•	.github/workflows/npm-publish.yml: On tag push, npm publish (add npm token as secret).
	•	Deploy.yml: On main push, deploy-pages for frontend (1-2min).

Usage
	•	Streamer: Login /login, toggle analytics in index.html (chart updates on visits/keys).
	•	Admin: Open admin.html (global visitors emit).
	•	Keys: POST /stream-keys {key:“your-key”} → hashed, stored in-mem (restart wipes; migrate to Redis for prod).
	•	Visitors: Middleware ++ on non-API paths; emits to rooms (Socket.io scale: 10k+ concurrent with clustering).

Limitations & Scaling
	•	Storage: In-mem streamKeys/streamerVisits (restart loses; add Redis hash for persistence).
	•	Scale: Free Render 100 concurrent (Pro $7/mo 1k+). Socket.io cluster via PM2 for >500.
	•	Security: Hardcoded users (migrate to DB like Mongo). No rate limit (add express-rate-limit: 100 req/15min/IP).
	•	Costs: $0 frontend, $0-14/mo backend+Redis.
