Routine in-constraint dependency refresh (no constraint changes).

Changes

• composer.lock → latest in-constraint releases:
  • Symfony 7.4.8 → 7.4.14 (framework-bundle, http-client, security-bundle, twig-bundle, yaml, dotenv, runtime, browser-kit, expression-language, web-profiler-bundle, …)
  • dev tooling: phpunit 13.2.3→13.2.4, php-cs-fixer 3.95.11→.12, phpstan-symfony 2.0.18→2.0.20, phpdoc-parser 2.3.2→2.3.3, ergebnis/composer-normalize 2.48.2→2.52.0, symfony/flex 2.10→2.11
• config/reference.php regenerated (a framework-bundle psalm-type annotation moved with the Symfony bump).

Validation

• composer outdated --direct -m → all direct deps up to date.
• Full suite 254 tests green; PHPStan (level 8 + strict), Rector (dry-run), php-cs-fixer, composer validate/normalize all clean.
• public/spec.yaml unchanged (no API surface change).
